Expanding Firm

You are a small to mid sized firm. You have built a great local reputation and word about your firm is spreading. Clients are seeking you out with new projects in your local markets. You have more work than you know what to do with but don’t want to turn away business. You need to scale up your business to service more clientele but don’t know how to start.
